Return Shipping Costs

  • For eligible refunds, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
  • Customers are advised to use tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the item price may be deducted from refunds for items returned due to reasons not related to our error.

Customs and Import Duties
